If you need a conventional loan, we have programs that provide up to $100 million in financing for industrial properties, self-storage facilities, mobile home parks, and multifamily housing. Owner-occupied and stabilized investment properties may qualify. These loans feature attractive rates, 30-year amortizations and loan-to value ratios of 75%.
SBA 7(a) and 504 Loans
Our SBA loans are well-suited for owner-occupied properties, flagged hotels and non-flagged hotels. Take up to 25 years to repay with interest rates as low as 4.5%.
Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities provide up to $50 million in financing by selling issued bonds for pooled, securitized properties. CMBS loans are well-suited for multi-family structures, franchised hotels, retail buildings and office buildings. Our CMBS loans have the following features:

Other Funding Options
We offer other funding options to our commercial real estate investor clientele, including:
- Construction Financing – Principles with equity experience may qualify for anywhere from $10 million to over $100 million in permanent financing for construction projects.
- Equity and Mezzanine Financing – This customizable product is structured to meet the needs of investors with substantial capital sources and high net worth. Qualified applicants may receive anywhere from $5 million to over $100 million in financing.
- HUD and FHA Lending – Borrow up to $50 million to acquire, build, or rehabilitate senior housing, multifamily rentals, or healthcare facilities. These non-recourse loans come with full amortization and low, fixed interest rates.
- International Financing – We offer as much as $1 billion to finance commercial real estate transactions overseas. Our team has extensive experience in European/Eurasian markets.
